Single room with own bathroom

Small double room with own bathroom with shower, hand basin, and toilet in quiet home shared with professional female owner. Owner’s daughter home from Uni in the holidays.
Looking for a non-smoker.
Room has a small double bed with memory foam mattress, a chest of drawers, shelf and a hanging rail. A desk is available if required.
Bathroom is not en-suite, but the bedroom and bathroom are separated from the rest of the house by an internal door.
House has broadband, washing machine (for use not more than twice a week), dishwasher. Off road parking for one car. Use of garage space (not loads of room).
