PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
As the landlord, I am Norwich born and bred and lived in the property myself for a few years. I now rent it out and manage it remotely from London, where I live. It is in a fantastic location, being close to the city centre for work but also everything NR3 has to offer, including food, bars, public transport, schools, and parks like Wensum and Waterloo. I loved living here, and the street is incredibly quiet and secure.

As a private landlord, I take my role and responsibilities seriously. I am a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) which provides everything necessary to manage the property independently of estate agents. I aim to make sure you have the best experience living there, and in return, you treat the property and our professional relationship with respect. Issues with the property are dealt with immediately by independent contractors who I manage directly.

The property is only available to professionals—sadly, no students will be considered—and under a single/joint tenancy, meaning no single room contracts. The property is also not an HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) meaning there can be no more than two tenants renting. I permit smokers, but this can only take place in the garden.
