Room to rent - Professionals only

Hi,

I am exploring options to rent out my second bedroom in the house I own in Norwich. The bedroom will have a double bed, it will also have the 3rd bedroom which is off the second bedroom (standard Norwich terraced house). I have included a corner desk, chair and monitor which can also be used.

Currently the only furniture is a double bed and mattress, the 3rd bedroom has a small wardrobe too.

I live and work in Aberdeen and I only manage to get back on the occasional weekend, but I want the flexibility to be able to come back as and when needed. I am happy to negotiate the off weekend if you wanted to stay.

Professionals only, working at the hospital/university. Cleanliness is a must, and taking good care of the place whilst I’m not there. This will be a rolling contract.

I have included photos of the downstairs, I don’t have a photo of the bedroom yet. I’ve asked my friend to nip in and take one, but safe to say it’s a standard large double bedroom with a light carpet
