We’re looking for a female tenant to share our home with myself and my teenage daughter. It’s important to us that we find someone who will feel comfortable in our laid-back family environment.

Our home is a spacious four-bedroom, three-storey Victorian terraced house with large front and back gardens. There’s a shared kitchen, living room and conservatory, offering plenty of space to relax.

The room available is a large double on the first floor with a fireplace and its own sink. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookcase.
