Single room with own bathroom

Hiya! I’m an animation student starting my third year, looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed/2 bath flat for up to a year with a possible extension. The flat is in a modern purpose-built building, located in NR1, five minutes walk from Prince of Wales road and Norwich station. The flat has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction hob, allocated parking space and bike storage. The building has lift access. Your room will have essential furnishings, a desk and a single bed (furniture can be moved or rearranged as requested). I’m looking for someone friendly, who doesn’t smoke/vape and will do their part to keep the flat clean. Rent will be £400 per month (plus bills).
