Room Available near UEA and hospital

The room is approximately 3x4 metres with a brand new king-size bed, new furnishings and television. It is located in a ground floor extension which affords it more privacy than the other 3 bedrooms in the house. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, 2 ovens, a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a shower and shared with myself and my adult sons as is the kitchen. I am a 56 year old semi retired mature student graduate in the social sciences. My two sons are aged 22 and 19 years old, the first a sports coaching graduate and the second an aspiring Chef.
The room would suit a working person or student with references and I can provide references too if neccessary. We also have a 2 year old house cat that doesn't go outside and is cute and aloof in equal measure. Please contact me via email if you have any questions or wish to view the room.
