There are two options for renting this house.

Option One
The entire home is available to rent. A four bedroom home with three bathrooms an open plan kitchen/ living room and a small garden. Private off street parking space for two cars is included.

Option Two.

Rent a floor ( 3 story house. Each floor contains 2 bedrooms and a bathroom). Downstairs is kitchen and living room.

The house is in queens hill and very close to retail park facilities(Aldi, sainsburys, bannatyne ,range and a lot more).There is also a co op on the estate. it will take you 15 minutes to drive and 30 minutes on the bus to the city centre. Queens hill is an amazing place to live in and Im sure you will love it just as much as we do.
We have woodlands and beautiful walks next to our house.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED and you will not be paying anything other than the price stated above.
The house has got super fast fibre internet and free parking is available next to the house.
Deposit (800) and two references are needed as well along side a credit report.
