En-suite room in student house near NUA

Need someone to take over my room and lease for £645 pcm. The room is very spacious and is an en-suite! The room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, a desk chair, and a wardrobe. The mini fridge in the pictures is unfortunately not included. There is a shared kitchen/living area with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and other amenities. There is also a gravel garden space out the back. It is about 3 mins walk from Duke Street and is in a great student-y area with good neighbours! Everyone is super friendly and they all love hanging out together in the living area, playing on the Wii, and having board game and movie nights. There are 4 NUA students and 1 UEA student. Would love for someone sociable and tidy! :)
