Two newly decorated rooms with new bedding, pillows, towels and carpets.
Both rooms share a shower room and lounge, all upstairs. Brand new smart TV. Sky, Netflix and internet.
Central heating.
Kitchen and garden are shared with landlord.
A fridge and freezer are available for both rooms to share. (Not shared with the landlord).
A washing machine and dryer (small extra charge for dryer) are available.
Gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle are all available in the well stocked kitchen.
Parking is off road on the grass verge outside the property. Landlord has sole use of the driveway.
A QUIET homely home, with respect for others and the neighbours.
A regular bus route into the city is available, just a 2 minute walk from the front door!
The house has been renovated and there’s just a little bit of painting to complete the project. Both front and back gardens are yet to be completed. A washing line is installed in the rear garden and some seating on a deck area.
I’m in my fifties, but would welcome tenants of any age.
