Both rooms share a shower room and lounge, all upstairs. Brand new smart TV. Sky, Netflix and internet.
Central heating.
Kitchen and garden are shared with landlord.
A fridge and freezer are available for both rooms to share. (Not shared with the landlord).
A washing machine and dryer are available.
Gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle are all available in the well stocked kitchen.
Your communal areas will be regularly cleaned, with clean hand towels and bath mats supplied.
Parking is off road on the grass verge outside the property.
A quiet homely home, a place to relax.
A regular bus route into the city is available, just a 2 minute walk from the front door!
The house has been renovated.
A washing line is installed in the rear garden and some seating on a bed deck area.
I’m in my fifties, but would welcome tenants of any age.
I’d prefer full time working tenants.
Deposit is one month’s rent.

A little about me: I work full time, driving long hours sometimes. I’m easy going and enjoy a good chat and unwind. I’m an animal lover, however I don’t have any pets at the moment.
