I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this renovated 2 bed house as I'm moving in with my partner.

You would be living with a live-in homeowner although they spend most weeks working in London, so you'd have the whole place to yourself most of the time.

The homeowner is a young professional looking for a clean and respectful person to live with. It's a tidy house so someone equally as tidy helps and late nights are mostly in the past.

The homeowner is happily single and wouldn’t want to feel like they're living with a couple ✌🏻

WFH is available up to 2 days a week. Cost adjustments may be made depending on how many additional WFH days are needed.

And for the summer… there’s a lovely garden with lots of plants, big patio - plus, it’s a sun-trap 🌞🌺🪻

Bills are split and are included in the cost.

The room itself is a large double room with a built-in wardrobe and the main household bathroom would be yours, with shared used of the modern kitchen and living room. Bedroom comes unfurnished but does have a chest of drawers and a bed on request.
