Spacious double room, furnished!

I’m planning on moving out due to a change in personal circumstances. The room I currently possess is a large, spacious double furnished with a desk, closet, and bed-frame
with mattress.

Current tenants are a couple and a working professional, who are generally quite tidy and keep to themselves. They have a cat and are pet friendly (subject to the animal.)

The house itself is a large, 3-story with 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite (room does not have the ensuite.) The kitchen is big and open, with seating, a new oven and a dishwasher. The living room is also a large space with two small balconies, great for having guests over and socialising.

There is a garden, attached to which is a garage, and a fence to the front of the property that is great for if you need to lock your bike up.

The area itself is very accessible, with a bus stop that takes you into the city less than a minute away. There are also lots of shops in walking distance; Tesco, a fruit&veg shop, an Aldi, a Lidl, and a large Asda.
