Large room with box room available

I have a large room with adjoining box room available from Nov 1st. Property is situated off Unthank Road at the heart of the Golden Triangle, with easy access to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Permit parking available. Fully furnished with central heating, washing machine, oven, microwave etc. Secluded garden at rear. Bath and shower.

I'm looking for someone who is in regular employment and not wfh (apart from the odd day or two). They should also be reasonably quiet as it's definitely not a party house and I'm always aware of the need to respect neighbours. Should also be fairly sociable and keep the place clean and tidy. Also looking for someone reasonably long term (i. e. at least 6 months, preferably longer if both parties happy).
