PLEASE NOTE: Rent is £675 per month. Including rent the total monthly costs are roughly £910
I'm a trans man with left leaning values who works in the city. I enjoy going to the cinema, coffee in the city and reading. I like to cook, though what I create can vary!
The house is a three bed which has been split into two double bedrooms and an office which can be shared. There is a large living room/dining room, ample size kitchen, conservatory and both a downstairs WC and good size bathroom. There is a garage and outside parking for a small car and/or permit on street parking.
Your room can come fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, book shelves, bedside table and chest of drawers.
The house currently has one indoor house cat so no other pets are allowed.
