Housemates:
Considerate household, we are 2 multicultural (Chinese-French and Italian) PhD students working at the UEA. We are both neat and prioritise keeping the common spaces organised and tidy. We do hybrid working, we appreciate someone who's mindful of others.
We’re busy mature students but equally love to catch up with one another and discuss.
We are both active and outdoorsy. We love keeping an active lifestyle and exercising, and we enjoy hiking and travelling. We are also interested in exploring the surrounding areas while we’re here, visiting cities or nature locations.

Looking for:
Our current housemate will finish her PhD in January, so we’re looking for someone to take her place starting from the beginning of Feburary.
The room would be well suited to a professional or postgraduate that would mesh well with the environment we have created. The ideal candidate would have to be somewhat tidy, serious, considerate and respectful of others and of the house.
Viewings will be held by the tenants so you can meet the other housemates to see who you will be living with.

Please feel free to email us with any questions you might have and or to book a viewing. We would also appreciate a short description of yourself and why you’re interested in this place!
