The house comes furnished and has three double bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs half bath.

The bedrooms all come with a bed and mattress, a desk, a chair, curtains, and a bedside table. Two of the rooms have built in wardrobes and the other has a large chest of drawers.
There is plenty of shelving and storage throughout the house.

The upstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet and bathtub, and the downstairs has a toilet and a sink.

Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen with two fridges and freezers, a dining room, and a living room offering plenty of communal space.
There is also a back garden with outdoor seating.

The area is quiet and is only a 15 minute bus or a 25 minute walk away from the city centre. There are many shops and restaurants only a ten minute walk away on Dereham road.

Me and my two housemates would like to move out in early December.
