Urgently looking for a tenancy replacement!!

I’m looking to move out of my room in my 3 bedroom, fully furnished student house. You would be replacing me in the biggest room of the house, with lots of storage, 2 draws, built in wardrobe, desk, bed side table, shelves and a double bed. There is also parking space outside the property and a large garden.

House has a spacious shared lounge, kitchen, utility room, a shared toilet room and separate bathroom with bath and shower.

The house is a 5-10minute walk to the student SU on UEA campus. A 10minute walk to co-op round the corner. It’s also a 20minute bus ride into city centre with direct buses going through the road.

You would be living with 2 other lovely female students. preferably female applicants only :)
