Two medium-sized, double rooms available from February.

The house and rooms are fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped, including separate washer and dryer, however you are more than welcome to bring any personal utensils/appliances, and any other furnishings for your room.

We have a garden area to the rear of the house, the kitchen is a shared space and there is a shared dining/lounge area too. There is a parking spot outside the house, and also plenty of parking on our road, all non-permit.

There are currently 4 housemates, we are all working professionals and all are friendly, tidy and courteous, and will be happy to welcome 2 new housemates of similar character to join us of any background or age.

Room 1 is ground floor and comes with its own bathroom (with shower) and you will have sole use of this, opposite to the bedroom.
Room 2 is upstairs and has an adjacent, larger bathroom (with bath and shower), shared with one other clean and courteous housemate.

The property is a 20 min walk from the city centre, with excellent transport links to everywhere in the city and plenty of shops/supermarkets, popular pubs, multiple gyms in walking distance and other amenities nearby.
