Single room for rent

A nice medium size room upstairs, furnished. Living room, bathroom, kitchen and backyard are shared with only 2 other females (no queuing for bathroom or kitchen). Entrance to the house is through the backyard. You will also have extra storage space in a small spare room upstairs next to yours. There is a bike shed in the back garden. The house is in a family oriented area which is safe and quiet (neighbours are quiet, lovely people, no noise from them), there are a pizza restaurant just a few doors down and a pub, a cafe further down the street and Tesco Express in 5 min walk. It’s a short distance walk and accessible buses into the city centre.
We are 2 international female professionals working full time in NHS and UEA. We are looking for a 3rd female professional. We are calm, relaxed and friendly. Our landlord is also very helpful and lovely. You will have a separate tenant agreement. If you are interested, please drop me a message:)
