Currently, 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom close to city centre on Dereham Road. We are currently 3 healthcare students however for next academic year (Sep 2026/2027) we have 1 spacious double room available.
Shared communal living room, kitchen, garden with free parking around the area.
All bills included (water, TV, electrics and council tax)
Walk 35 mins to UEA + 20 mins to go into City centre. Buses near by to access various parts of Norwich.
We are very chill flatmates who get on well with anyone and we're not fussy :) As healthcare requires us to go on placement, there will be periods throughout the year where we will not be home so you will be able to enjoy the house to yourself!
