Double room to rent close to city centre

I’m a healthcare professional living in a terraced house within a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes walk from bus stops to the city, UEA and Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. I have two teenage children who live at the house part time and an indoor cat.

I’m looking to rent out a furnished double room to a female student or professional person. You would have sole use of the toilet next to the double room and shared use of the main bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The house is ideally located for bus services and very close to the city centre. On street paking is available and a parking permit can be obtained.

As I have my children living in the house half the week I would ask that no guests are invited into the house.
