We are 4 girls looking for a 5th person to join. We have a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Your room will be on the top floor and you will share a bathroom with 2 others, theres a kitchen downstairs with fridge and freezer space. Rent is £478.67 which is paid on the 1st of every month to the landlord, bills are £104.20 a month which is paid to unihomes. This will be start of Jan till end of Aug. A deposit will need to be put down which is £542.20.
