Double room to rent £485 per week near UEA

I’m moving out of my uni house at the end of this academic year, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room while my housemates stay on.

The house is lovely, spacious, and very homely. It has a large living room with a TV and big windows so it is bright and pleasant to sit in, a generous dining area with a proper table, and a big, well-equipped kitchen. It is a very warm house. My room is a comfortable double room with a wooden floor, conveniently located upstairs next to the WC and shower room. It has a built in wardrobe and a big chest of drawers, bedside table and desk next to the window so it has natural lighting, making it nice to study on. The picture I've attached of the bedroom is before I moved in - it now has a bedframe.

The house has 2 WCs and 2 shower rooms. It has a washing machine and tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

There’s also a great garden with a patio and a shed. The house is just a 15-minute walk from the centre of UEA campus. It is a 15 minute walk from Aldi and just around the corner to Earlham shopper, which has a convenience store and a pharmacy. Tesco express is also a 15 minute walk away.

The letting agency has been excellent—very responsive and quick to fix any issues whenever we report them.

The rent is £485 without bills, approx £585 with bills per month.
