Looking for a student to take over my room as soon as possible. Rent is £425 a month plus £126.01 for bills (uni homes). The property has 3 bedrooms, one large living/dining space, kitchen and shared bathroom. The room available has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, two sets of draws and a bedside table.

The contract ends mid September (a period of 8 months is left on this contract). However, if you would like to stay the following year (if you’re still a student), then can consider signing the contract for the following year which would end September 2027.

The property is located in NR3, a short ten minute walk to NUA and a quick walk to the bus stop, and around a 25 minute bus ride to UEA.
