The kitchen has 2 full size fridge freezers shared between 5 tenants ( as one tenant has his own) and roughly 2 cupboards per person.

The bedroom window faces into the walled garden.

The housemates are clean and friendly, It is a nice place to live i have only decided to leave due to a change in personal circumstances.

No gender preference, and any age is welcome. However this property is limited to students only, to maintain the council tax exemption status. The road provides free street parking as well as one driveway space, and is a 10 minute walk to UEA. There is a Tesco express store a 5 minute walk away. The back garden is maintained by the landlord.

The current housemates are all students at UEA - 2 girls, 3 guys.
