Excellent room in house

Hi,
1 bedroom is availiable to rent in a delightful Victorian terrace between unthank and newmarket road. Bills not included. Kitchen and bathroom are fairly new. Its got nice floorboards if thats your thing.
You would probably have the place to yourself untill December 2026, as Im living and working in Hertfordshire untill then. Then I would move in.
By thursday (29th Jan) I will have moved furniture in so it will be furnished for you. I dont own a sofa though. More a collection of chairs. Maybe I can get one off freecycle soon or something.
Couples are a possibility as I think the place is big enough.
No smoking inside, as obviously its not the 1950s.
Council tax band B. The best band.
