I have a lovely spare room available in my home. The room is spacious, has a king-sized bed with a brand new mattress and also includes a small additional room off it - ideal as a dressing room, storage space or even a cosy office nook.
I’m pretty open in terms of setup - if you work from home, you’re very welcome to pop a desk in your room and make it your own.
A bit about me - I’m 35, very chilled, and work in London once a week. Evenings are usually a mix of seeing friends, going to the pub, watching TV or exercising, and I like home to feel relaxed and easygoing. I’m looking for someone similar - friendly, considerate, and low-drama.
The tenancy is flexible and short-term (lodger) to start, with the option for it to be open-ended if it suits us both. Bills come to £150 a month, all incl. is £750.
