The room is £680 per month for one person or £800 per month for a couple, with all household bills included. I may consider a sensible offer for the right person or couple.

The current household consists of working adults, including a professional live-in homeowner. The atmosphere is generally calm, friendly and respectful, while still feeling like a normal lived-in home.

• Single occupancy: £680 per calendar month
• Couple: £800 per calendar month
• Council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi included
• £200 deposit
• Available from 1 September 2026
• Shorter or more flexible stays may be considered

The room would particularly suit a working professional, a couple, someone relocating to Norwich, or someone needing comfortable accommodation between house moves.

The most important thing is finding someone considerate who will treat the property as their home and communicate openly with the people they share with.
