Looking for a friendly and tidy person to take a small double room in a two-bedroom flat in NR3, in a great location behind the popular Magdalen Street.

The room comes unfurnished and easily fits a double bed and other furniture – please see the photos showing the room with the current tenant’s furniture. of the room with the existing tenant.

The rest of the property is furnished, with space for additional furniture. The kitchen and lounge are well-equipped, and there is also a small balcony.

There are 2 very affectionate and well-behaved cats who also live here – Bonnie and Marcie!

I work from home 2-3 days a week, so I am looking for someone who values a clean and tidy home.

This tenancy would be for 6 months initially, with the option to continue on a rolling monthly basis. This will be a change of sharer on the tenancy agreement, subject to the landlord approval and referencing.
