I'm offering a bright double room in my house for an initial one-month period (potential to be extended if we're a good fit as housemates). Very close to the city centre (0.5 miles) and the train station (0.9 miles) so great for a range of professionals or students!

The room has a double bed with a new duck-feather duvet set. There's also a cupboard for storage and a gorgeous little feature fireplace (see photo). It gets sunlight throughout the morning (East-facing) and the house is located in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood of Norwich 🌞

The essentials:
Layout - traditional Norwich terrace. That means your bathroom is downstairs through the kitchen, is compact but modern, clean and has a nice shower.
Garden and storage - you can use the garden and shed, ideal if you cycle 🚴🏼
Location - superb. 10 minutes walk to the city centre, 20 to the train station.
Rent - £695 all in (includes high-speed Wi-Fi, council tax, utilities)

Me: I teach English for a living and sometimes work from home (in the dining room). In the evenings I'm either out with friends or at home cooking, reading, etc. I'm usually up at 7 or 8am and start to wind down at 11pm ish. I'm a sociable guy and love a good chat over a coffee, but I also value a clean and tidy house, and I take care of the space, so expect you to as well!

You: I’m looking for a tidy, considerate professional or student. As this is a short-term let, I’m looking for someone who values a peaceful, clean home environment.
