Hi, we are 3 PhD students who have a room available in our house for the next academic year.
We are looking for someone reasonable who knows how to clean their own dishes :)
The house has a nice garden (front and back). The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. A Coop is 3 minutes away. Eaton park is 5 minutes away. The Uni 15 minutes. The city center 30-40 minutes.
The room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe.
There are 2 toilets and 1 shower in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Washing machine and dryer are included in the kitchen.
The bills are not included. Water+Gas+Wifi usually comes out to about £70.
