Small room available in NR2

Hello, my name is Steve and I have a room available for rent in my place.

It's two minutes walk from the City on the ground floor of a block of flats.

It's cheap as chips. £450 all in. And no damage deposit. Just your first and last month's rent.

I Game quite a bit in the living room, then work nights. If you're a super light sleeper, it may not be the fit for you. I'm also a musician (but I don't play at night), Every few weeks my Folk band have a practice in the afternoon, hope that's ok.

Had the spare room redecorated recently, it looks great. New simba mattress in there with topper and bedding ect. Also had the bathroom completely renovated over the last two months. New shower /tiles /loo /vanity /tiles... the whole shebang. I'm really proud of it.

Spacious kitchen, ninja air fryer... living the dream really...

Finally, I don't mind if you smoke in the property. If a non smoker comes over, I tend to smoke outside, or when I've lived with non-smokers, I only smoke in my room late at night.

Council tax band A. Council tax is included in the rent.

I know I've put a lot on here, but I'd rather find the right fit rather than waste both of our time.
