Large double rooom

Hi I’m planning to move out and am looking for someone to take over my lease. My lease finish’s in August and after that it would be between you and the landlord to renew it.

The room comes with a built in small wardrobe which has two rails. There is permitted parking on the street and there are no other drivers in the house. This is the perfect location for students or professionals. All bills are included.

There is a communal living room, kitchen and garden. The bathroom is shared with one other person and there is a washer- dryer.
