Situated in a leafy cul‑de‑sac in the sought‑after area of Eaton, close to UEA and NNUH, it is ideal for clinicians or visiting academics.

All bills, Wi‑Fi and driveway parking for one car are included.



The bedroom is for single occupancy, whilst the hallway, bathroom, and additional toilet are shared with the landlady and another person.
Please note that no other parts of the house are shared; there is no access to the kitchen or living room.

Room:
A newly renovated double room that is spacious and filled with natural light.

Fully furnished with a wide single bed, desk, and practically self‑contained including: a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery (plates, bowls, cups and glasses) and cutlery. These are intended for reheating meals only; cooking is not permitted.

All bed linen (including pillow + duvet), towels, and hand soap are provided. Personal toiletries are not supplied.

Bathroom:
Good‑sized room, featuring a newly installed walk-in electric rain shower, plus an additional separate toilet - both are shared.

Location:
The house is located in Eaton, just a couple of minutes from the A11, a 4‑minute drive to UEA and 9 minutes to the Hospital, with also regular bus services to both and the city center.
Waitrose, two pubs, and local shops are close by.



Deposit and first month paid in advance, and one professional reference required.

Right‑to‑Rent checks will be required in line with UK regulations.


The room is for single occupancy only.
Overnight guests are not permitted.
It is not available for working from home.
