Self-Contained En-Suite Studio-Style Lodger Let

We have a short to mid-term let available for a lodger. This accommodation is ideal for someone who is between properties or on a short-term contract. It is not suitable for anyone looking for a long-term tenancy or who works entirely from home. The accommodation is within a four-storey house situated in the desirable Golden Triangle area of Norwich, 10 mins walk from the city centre and close to bus stops for UEA, the hospital and science park. Tesco and local shops are just two mins away. The accommodation centres on a high standard upstairs bedroom with a super-king-size bed, cooking corner, en-suite shower room and smart TV. The cooking corner has a microwave/oven/grill, plug-in pot, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is no washing machine but the launderette is two minutes’ walk away. This room is not suitable for anyone who is looking to be able to undertake serious cooking as it is only equipped for light meal preparation. We cannot offer parking. We live in the house ourselves and have two other similar self-contained spaces that are currently let within the property. Everyone who lives in this house enters via the same front door/hallway but lives very separately with their own bathroom and cooking facilities. We are looking for single lodgers not couples. All bills (electricity, gas central heating, water, wifi and council tax) are included. If you are interested please tell us a little about yourself and please do ask any questions. Although those living here do not interact much, this is a friendly household and it is therefore essential for us to choose the right person. We have been doing this for many years now. It is an arrangement that suits those seeking their own space rather than a house share. If after initial contact the property seems right for you - and vice versa - then we like to have a phone call before arranging a viewing. This is to save wasting everyone’s time if something basic is not suitable. The accommodation is available from May 21 - possibly sooner.
