A wonderful, spacious, light, clean city centre flat sharing with one other. The large double room has an en-suite shower and toilet and is furnished. It includes a king size bed and chest of drawers, plus a large storage cupboard with a rail for hanging clothes

The flat has a decent sized shared kitchen and a large living/dining space. The other tenant works a lot of hours so is invariably not at home and he would prefer a quiet, considerate flatmate. Non smoker preferred but smoking is ok outside the flat. Pets considered.

All bills included except internet and electricity. The flat is on Duke St and has all the amenities that the city has to offer on its doorstep
