Large rooms in city centre location

Hello my name is Alexandra and I am looking for 3 new housemates as my current housemates will be moving out on the 17th of June and I really need a replacement.

I am more than happy to have you view the property and I would really like to vet you as a person before making any arrangements about moving in.

The positives of the property are quite clear: spacious rooms for only 350 pounds per month right in the city centre, as well as 2 bathrooms both with a toilet and a shower, and a very decent living room and kitchen. But, the property is not chic and it is not freshly renovated, however the landlords aren't too bad and have been proactive with replacing stuff that has broken.

The only drawback is that it is a joint tenancy contract, so I would really like to vet whoever wants a room quite thoroughly so that nobody gets screwed. The bills are also not bad at all and the downstairs neighbours are really nice and are very likely to allow you to use their garden to chill/lounge if you ask them. I suppose most important thing is the central location, cost and room size.

The internet is 76 pm (19 pppm) and it is very high end as we/I are gamers and this will not be changed. I am very open to pets except for dogs please. Also, the most important quality is cleanliness, please do not inquire if you don't take your shoes off in the house and if you are an unclean or not a tidy person. Also do not inquire if you are racist, sexist or transphobic/homophobic.
