A cozy room furnished with a single bed (frame and mattress included) or a double bed (mattress included),long wall mounted mirror and storage furniture (3 bedside tables + tall shelf). It also features a generously sized storage room. Optional furniture belonging to another housemate (double bedframe and clothing rack). If you have your own furniture, the pieces currently in the room can be moved into the garage!

The house is an attached 3 story building with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is in the en-suite) and 1 toilet. The kitchen is big and open, with a dining table, gas stovetop, a new oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It also has a door to a nice little garden that connects to the garage at the back of the property. The living room is spacious with 2 mini balconies and is furnished with 2 sofas and a large coffee table, great for having guests over and socialising. The front of the property also has a fence, convenient for locking a bike up!

The area itself is very accessible, with a bus stop less than a minute away that takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes (Castle Meadow stop) . There are also lots of shops within walking distance; Tesco express, a fruit&veg shop, an Aldi, a Lidl, and a large Asda.

[per month per person] Exact rent is £412.50, bills are roughly £70. We are in council tax band D so the charge is ~£85

Here's a little bit about us:
We are currently a house of 3.2 , 2 working professionals, 1 student and a cat named Hiccup (the 0.2). We're friendly, respectful and tidy, ensuring all common spaces are kept clean for everyone. I'd also say that we're quite sociable people despite keeping to ourselves quite often :P

We are also pet friendly depending on the animal :)
