The flat has a full size cooker, washing machine and microwave. The shared kitchen has a table and chairs.

The current tenants are friendly and sociable, but this is not a party house.

The wifi has recently been upgraded.

We are looking for someone who clears up after themselves, but otherwise the tenants are fairly easy going.
