Sunny, Large Double Room for Summer Sublet

Hello! I'm a PhD researcher in Creative Writing at UEA, subletting a beautiful, cosy double room for the summer from 1 July - 15 September. This is the largest room in our 3-bed/2-bath home and is fully furnished, with ample storage.

You will be 10 mins away from the city centre by bus, and a 15-min walk away from UEA.

The Room:

• There is a double bed with a comfortable mattress, windows on two walls (!), a wardrobe, 2 dressers, and a desk and chair.
• You will share the home with my 2 flatmates; they are warm and friendly professionals, wonderful to live with, and very respectful of personal space. (One of my flatmates will be away for 3 weeks between July-August, so it will be just you and one flatmate over that time.)
• You'll share the main downstairs bathroom with one other person only.

The House:

• The house has a spacious shared living room.
• The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, extractor fan, and a fridge.
• We also have a washer and dryer in the household.
• At the back is a lovely patio for you to bask in the sun.

The Area:

• The house is on Colman Road (NR4).

•Bus stop for26/26A: Less than a minute's walk from the door.
UEA - 5 min bus ride / 15 min walk
City Center- 10 min bus ride

•A minute's walk from the home are several grocery stores, a bakery-café, and restaurants serving Asian food, pizza, and kebabs.
