Double Room in City Centre Terrace House

A furnished room is available in my city-centre terrace house, just off King Street, in a fantastic central location.

The house is ideally situated:

* 5 minutes’ walk to the train station
* 5 minutes to the city centre
* 2 minutes to the riverside gym & swimming pool

The room comes furnished, and I’m happy to remove items if preferred - everything can be adapted to suit, although the bed will need to stay.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, a spacious garden, and very fast WiFi.

About the household:
I’m 28 and work in maritime, so I travel frequently. I also spend most nights (around 3–4 per week) at my girlfriend’s place just down the road, so the house is often quiet and you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. When I am around, I’m sociable but also very respectful of personal space.

My girlfriend and I both enjoy cooking, so if you’re open to it, there may be the occasional shared meal (and plenty of food to try!).

Looking for:
A clean, tidy, and respectful housemate who appreciates a homely but calm environment. Someone who is comfortable with an easy-going shared living setup.

Bills are included. Shorter lets can be discussed at a different rate.
