Two possible rooms available. 1 with en-suite

I have just moved into an end terrace in NR3. It is currently unfurnished so can come with or without beds etc. Possible savings to be had on unfurnished. Plenty of storage in each room. The house will be fairly minimalistic and clutter free and shared with myself and twice a week my well behaved daughters. 10/12. They are very easy going, get on well with adults and enjoy craft/art and generally being creative. I work full time and in the evenings I am usually out as am doing a yoga training course and also hopefully starting a part time degree course so only really use it as a base. I am looking for clean, laid back individuals. Other than that no real preference as I get on with most people. Although ultimately it will be the girls that have the final say anyway!
There is plenty of room to relax/socialise/keep yourself to yourself. For the right tenants I’ll happily go out of my way with furniture etc etc. my main priority is getting the right person/people!
