This shared house and its garden are kept in a lovely condition by the 3 ladies who currently occupy it however one lady is leaving so her single room will become available in the first week of July this year. The house, rooms and garden were upgraded in 2022/23.
Two rooms in the house are en-suite however this room shares a bathroom with one other lady.
The remaining three ladies are from Sri-Lanka and Thailand & Poland all working or mature students and they request somebody of similar quiet and pleasant nature to share the house with them.
The property is situated very close to the main bus route in and out of the city of Norwich. It is ideal for the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, the Norwich Community Hospital and the City of Norwich Centre.
Very near by is an Aldi supermarket, a chemist and post office and some take-away hot food outlets.
The cost of the room includes gas, electric and water bills, council tax, wifi and a tv licence.
