✨ Small Double Room in Spacious 3-Bedroom House – Available from early/mid September ✨



We’re two friends whose third housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for someone to fill her room!

The house is really lovely, it’s bright, spacious and has served us well for the past year with a responsive and helpful landlady. 



📍Location:

• In the Golden Triangle, just off the top of Unthank Road
• Lots of pubs, cafes and shops nearby

• 15-20 min walk into the city centre 

• Close to multiple bus routes

👭About Us:
We’re two PhD students (female aged 25, 27) who enjoy lots of fun things including cooking, running, sea swimming, sewing and going to the pub with our friends.
Ideally we’d like to find someone we get along with who can enjoy the odd evening watching tv together and who will help keep the house clean.



🏠 About the House:

The house has:

• A spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a separate living room

• One bathroom

• A cute garden which could definitely be amazing with some TLC
• Bills cost £80-100 monthly

Your room:
• Small Double bed

• Cozy 

• Large wardrobe and plenty of shelving
• Underbed storage space (and lots of storage space around the house if needed)

• Well lit, bright with a large window 


🚗 We are currently using both of the parking permits which come with the house but if you have a car, there is non-permit parking on safe, residential roads ~10 min walk away (our former housemate did this for a year and it worked well).


We’re looking for someone around 22–30 years old — a postgrad student would be great in terms of council tax however professionals are more than welcome but would be paying for council tax themselves (although you would get a 25% discount).
