I’m looking for a considerate and tidy person to rent my spare room in a peaceful and well-maintained flat in the Riverside area of Norwich.
About the room:
The room is set up to be a comfortable personal space and comes with:
A small black desk, perfect for working or studying.
An armchair for relaxing.
A 32" Panasonic TV.
The room currently has a single bed, but you are more than welcome to upgrade to a double bed at your own expense if you prefer more space.
Rent & Bills:
The rent is £500 per month. This is an all-inclusive price, so you don’t have to worry about managing separate bills. This includes:
Virgin Media GigFast (Super-fast broadband)
Virgin Media MegaTV
Water, Gas, and Electricity

The flat is a quiet, clean space located in the heart of Riverside. It is a fantastic area to live in, with great access to local amenities and the city centre right on your doorstep.
