Aug-Oct short term: double en suite room available

Available between 1 August and 4 October.

Lovely bright double room, with king size bed, wardrobe, small desk and bedside table. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate shower (plus toilet and sink).

Living room, dining room and kitchen all shared with me (Ruth) and my boyfriend. There's a lovely patio outside and garden.

Great cental location - very close to the bus station, Aviva, city centre shops etc.

Parking is a pain - I can get you some visitor permits, but unless you could sort a resident permit in time, you are unlikely to be able to park here day to day, unfortunately.

Rent includes all bills (Council Tax, utilities, WiFi).

Looking for someone friendly and easy to be around, chilled. Women or NB welcome.
