A furnished double bedroom in a two-bedroom flat in a quiet block just next door to John Lewis. Ideally situated for city living, almost everything is within a 10- to 15-minute walk. The Marks and Spencer’s food hall and a Tesco Express are just down the road.
The shared areas include a comfortable living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On-road parking is available (permit required).
I mainly work from home with one day in the office, so I'm not adverse to a flatmate who also works from home some of the time.
A suitable housemate will be respectful of shared areas, clean and tidy, sociable, and happy to have some private space. I’m up for trips to the pub or cinema, binge-watching TV shows, and shared meals now and again. I'm looking for a friendly, like-minded, sociable person to join me as a housemate who is happy to share living space.
Rent includes all bills, including broadband, council tax and water.
