Sunny double room available in NR2

My long-term lodger is moving out, so I’m looking for a new lodger from 1 September.

The house is near Norwich Community Hospital and Earlham Cemetery. It’s about 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre, and UEA is also nearby. You have a Tesco Express, Co-op, a Fat Cat and the Alexandra within walking distance.

The room is bright and sunny with a double bed, large wardrobe and desk. You’ll have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom (I haven’t uploaded any photos of the bathroom because it’s currently being redecorated). There’s a garden with a lockable shed for storing a bike.

The house will suit you if you have had enough of crowded houseshares and want a bit of space. You’ll be sharing with me: I’m a work-from-home freelancer. You’ll probably see me coming home from a run or popping into the kitchen for another cup of tea. I’m happy to chat about how your day is going, but I also respect your need for space. I’m a native English speaker, so this could be a great chance to improve your English.

I’m looking for a non-smoker and cat-friendly person. Student or professional. No couples, but a partner staying over occasionally is fine.
