Lovely Attic Room In Quiet Terrace Nea City Centre

Quiet and light attic room available. Located just off Unthank Road, close to bus route and many amenities. 10 minute walk to City Centre. ASuit professional working person or postgraduate student. Permit parking and/or secure cycle parking.
I'm a professional woman, open-minded and respectful. Looking to share my house with reliable and tidy individuals, who appreciate their own quiet space. Enthusiasm for low carbon living an advantage! I am vegetarian and my other lodger is vegan so I would prefer not to share with avid meat eaters but I'm flexible on this.
For me it's more important to find somebody who will fit in and enjoy living in my house, than to fill the room as soon as possible. I am a linguist (favourite foreign language Spanish) so if you are a native Spanish speaker and don't mind speaking Spanish with me sometimes, that would be good but it’s by no means essential. I have been a competitive triathlete for many years so I am often out training.
I am quite organised. Previous lodgers have always washed up straight away and cleaned the kitchen after they have used it, and this seems to work very well.
