The house is located in Clover Hill which offers good access to the UEA, Norwich Research Park, Norfolk and Norwich University hospital. It is a 10 minute drive/25 minute bus ride to the city centre. The house has been decorated and re-carpeted throughout and generally upgraded.

The living room includes a TV and digibox with sofas and end tables. It has French doors which lead onto the garden. There is also a dining area.

The kitchen has a separate fridge and freezer, washing machine, plenty of storage and includes everything needed for cooking (saucepans, utensils, bowls, etc) and dining (cutlery, crockery, tableware, glassware, etc). There is also a laundry drying area.
