All inclusive Houseshare double room with wifi

Fully furnished 3 bed house in the popular North side of the city. House has all facilities that would be needed, including washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and central heating.

The front room has 3 & 2 seater settee, large screen tv (with full sky package) . 2nd living room also has sky and a playstation Wifi throughout.

I have a job working in the city so work most days. I have had several lodgers in the past both from England and Europe so nationalityno issue.. The house is fairly chilled, easy going. Usually spend most if the evenings downstairs rather than hiding in rooms, but the odd beer here and there is always a motivation for leaving the settee.

I have a5year old staffie who is an absolute softie, always wanting cuddles and will greet you with enthusiastic tail wagging.

The house is walking distance to the city centre, and has several convenience stores, take-aways and pubs. Parking is also available
